We do our best to ensure our products are the highest quality, and perfect for your pup. If however, there is an issue with the quality, or there’s a manufacturing error, we would be happy to refund or replace your product. Due to the custom engraving, outside of manufacturing error we cannot accept returns.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

All sale items are final purchases.
